For those who have the Yamaha Stage Custom Birch drum set.......?

I was wondering if it comes with the tom heads assembled already, or do you have to assemble them. How hard is it to assemble the tom heads, cuz this is my very first drum set. Also, how hard is it setting up a drum set, and all? I might add some details to this question, sooo ya...

usually a new drum kit will come with heads already installed. these heads, also called “stock heads” are crap lol. but they are very easy to change and replace if needed, so long as you have a drum key (if not, they’re like 5 bucks). setting up the drum set can be easy or hard. its easy to put it together and make all the pieces fit. but it is very difficult to fine tune it and figure out exactly how you prefer it to be set up. but this will come as you mature as a drummer.
